Bill of Sale Agreement

Bill of Sale Terms

  1. Transfer of Ownership. Upon execution of this Agreement and receipt of the Purchase Price, Seller transfers ownership of the Puppy to Buyer. The Puppy is sold as a living animal, in good faith, and is represented as healthy to the best knowledge of the Seller at the time of sale.
  2. Buyer’s Initial Acceptance. Buyer acknowledges the Puppy has been examined, appears healthy at the time of sale, and has received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Buyer has received the Puppy’s shot record.
  3. Veterinary Care Obligations. Buyer agrees to obtain all required vaccination boosters, maintain annual examinations, and provide ongoing parasite prevention and prompt medical care. Failure to maintain proper veterinary care is life-threatening to the Puppy and voids all warranties or guarantees.
  4. No Refunds, No Chargebacks. The sale is final. Buyer agrees that no refunds will be issued for any reason not expressly stated in the separate Health Guarantee. Buyer further agrees not to dispute, reverse, or charge back any payment made for the Puppy through any financial institution or platform.
  5. No Future Health, Size, or Temperament Guarantee. Seller does not guarantee adult size, weight, coat, color, ear set, temperament, or suitability for any specific purpose. Buyer acknowledges that small and toy breeds are predisposed to conditions which may include hypoglycemia, tracheal issues, patellar luxation, liver abnormalities, dental issues, or other congenital or hereditary concerns.
  6. Assumption of All Expenses After Transfer. Once the Puppy leaves Seller’s possession, all veterinary costs and all other expenses become the sole responsibility of Buyer. Seller is not liable for any medical, training, or behavioral costs after the transfer of possession.
  7. Rehoming and Non-Resale Requirement. The Puppy is sold as a companion. The Puppy may not be sold, transferred, abandoned, or surrendered to any shelter, rescue, broker, laboratory, pet store, or similar entity. If Buyer is unable or unwilling to keep the Puppy, Buyer must return the Puppy to Seller or obtain Seller’s written consent for rehoming.
  8. Care and Living Conditions. Buyer shall keep the Puppy as an indoor house pet in a clean, safe, and secure environment and shall provide humane care, supervision, and socialization at all times.
  9. Limitation of Agreement. This Agreement, together with the separate Health Guarantee, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are made by Seller.
